Ive been shorted medication, given the wrong dosages & constantly battling with their staff. I have constantly encountered issues with this pharmacy. Every employee working at this location, deserves 5 stars! I appreciated the text message reminders I receive when my prescriptions are ready for pick-up. Either that or they refill old prescriptions when scrips for new doses have been sent in, or dont proactively contact doctors offices for refill requests until you show up looking for the scrip (see above mysterious auto-refill removal). So many needless hours spent waiting for refills that should have happened automatically. I cant even count the number of times theyve messed up in some way - the most common screw-up is our prescriptions mysteriously being removed from auto-refill with no plausible explanation from the pharmacy staff.
